This grant presents homeowners with a fantastic opportunity to address high energy costs while enhancing the comfort of their homes through energy-efficient windows and doors. €800 per door (max of 2 doors)
Applicants can apply for the windows grant, the doors grant or both.

Are you eligible?

The house must be built and occupied prior to 2011
You must be replacing existing single or double glaze windows with high-performing windows (1.4 or better)
You must be replacing inefficient doors
You must have adequate attic and wall insulation

Complete the works
Get a post works BER
Submit required documents to SEAI
